The cottage is independent, walled with a beautiful south-facing terrace, a courtyard and a shelter.
Inside on the ground floor:
- a living room with sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table and a fireplace with a beautiful wood stove,
- a fitted kitchen with a large dining table,
- toilets with sink.
and upstairs:
- a first bedroom with two single beds and a staircase opening onto a pretty mezzanine with a single bed,
- a second bedroom with a large 160 x 200 bed for your comfort.
In the cottage, you will find all the tourist information of the region and a small library at your service.
The cottage is 3 km from the famous landing beaches, 15 km from Bayeux (don't miss its cathedral and historic center) and Caen with its magnificent castle and Peace Memorial.
You will also be in a very beautiful region with villages with fortified farms and beautiful landscapes: the cliffs of Arromanches, the forests of Bessin, the sandy beaches... a region to discover.
We will be happy to welcome you and guide you for your stay according to your interests.

"Un séjour parfait"
Petite semaine très agréable dans ce petit coin très calme ! La maison est très accueillante et fonctionnelle, très proche des commerces et des plages, nous avons passé une semaine très reposante 😊

"Super gîte très confortable"
Excellente expérience. L'accueil est sympathique et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé et confortable. Les commerces et la plage ne sont pas loin et le village est super calme. Pour ceux qui recherchent le repos dans une région riche en histoire, c'est l'idéal. A recommander chaudement.

Superbe gîte très bien situé au calme proche de la mer des commerces et des villes chargées d`histoire avec des proprietaires très sympatiques n'hésitez réserver.

J’avais pris connaissance de l’avis de Mme Gascoin auquel la propriétaire du gîte a mis plus d’un an à répondre, en l’accusant de diffamation ! J’ai séjourné dans ce gîte il y a un an. Malgré un très beau potentiel, nous avions constaté un très mauvais état du gîte (poussières, toiles d’araignées, transat et bbq immondes, abri servant de stockage de vieux meubles, etc.). Il a fallu insister auprès des gites14, photos à l’appui, pour que mon avis soit publié. J’espere seulement que les propriétaires du gîte ont régularisé la situation mais je suis d’accord avec Mme Gascoin sur les constats réalisés à l’époque. Il n’y a aucune diffamation car j’ai pris soin de prendre des photos pour les adresser au gites de france du Calvados.
Si la situation du gîte s’est améliorée ce serait super. A chacun de juger !

Nous sommes très déçus de ce gîte, les pièces sont sombres, salon cuisine exigus, le ménage médiocre, trouvé des cheveux ds la douche, trace de moisissures, lave linge taché de rouille ! Mobiliers très usagé et taché, ce gîte ne mérite pas les 3 épis des gîtes de France !! Le prix est élevé pour 1 séjour en avril.

Gîte très bien et bien situé à côté de la mer. Et de bons restaurants 🍽️ ainsi que de nombreuses visites à faire. Je recommande très sincèrement.
